The following will be continually updated with the progress of the script for "Romeo and Juliet; Blood Mutiny".
For me, progress leads from the very start (i.e. "dumping") to the breakdown of pages and panels, to the final stage of "Polishing" it for the artist. Finished pages would be what the artist has done.
Word count really doesn't apply to comics or graphic novels as the point is to write enough information down for the artist to get the image happening. For the purposes of keeping track I'll keep to counting what would eventually become Finished pages.
